- Ability to create procedures, protocols, processes, and training manuals.
- Must be a self-starter with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Understanding of local and national employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment creating, scaling, and implementing HR policies and programs.
- A track record of influencing and advising on talent and employment matters.
- Significant experience with performance management and employee relations
- Proven experience in organizational development, management training, and employee coaching
